Guida al contatore di statistiche

Lezione 1: Andiamo su

e clicchiamo su "Get your Free Tracker"...
- Primo passo: andando sul sito della eXTReMe e clicchiamo sulla
opzione "Get your Free Tracker"...
Lezione 2: Leggere le
istruzioni.
Secondo passo: prima di accettare il leggiamo le istruzioni che ci
permetteranno di configurare il nostro contatore di statistiche eXTReMe molto più
completo degli altri già citati...
Lezione 3: Riempiamo la
prima parte della form!!
- Terzo passo: dopo aver letto le
condizioni cominciamo a riempire la prima parte della form: nome, il nostro indirizzo di
posta elettronica, ed il tipo di sito (se privato o commerciale)...
Lezione 4: Continuiamo
con i nostri dati.
- Quarto passo: continuiamo con la
compilazione della form: l'orario preciso dal posto in cui siamo, la categoria dove
vogliamo inserire il nostro sito (nell'esempio ho scelto risorse), scegliamo una login
di massimo 8 caratteri (attenzione! non usare speciali caratteri o spazi) ed una password
che deve essere ripetuta...
Lezione 5: Siamo i benvenuti!
- Quinto passo: se tutto è andato
a buon fine (uno degli errori - per modo di dire - classici è aver scelto un login già
usato) allora avremo ottenuto il nostro bel contatore si statistiche...
Lezione 6: Arrivo della mail e
codice.
- Sesto passo: una volta fatto
tutti quei passaggi, arriverà dopo poco tempo una lettera. Questo è il testo della
lettera: alla fine c'e' un indirizzo dove poter cliccare ed andare a prendere il codice
HTML da poter inserire nella pagina che si vuole misurare...

WITHOUT **ANY** CHANGES. Only then the tracking will be accurate. If you change
the code, eXTReMe digital can't get blamed for any miscounting or errors
showing up and shall have the right to suspend services. The button connected
to the code must be placed in a VISIBLE way on your page and in the size as

IMPORTANT!
Placing the trackercode on your site is quit simple, however you need to be
familiar with HTML. We strongly advise NOT to make use of any WYSIWYG editors
such as FrontPage, Netscape Composer, etc. but a normal texteditor like Notepad.
WYSIWYG Editors mostly changes the code in such a way that errors will occur.

SETUP:

1. To find your personalized trackercode GO TO:
http://www.extreme-dm.com/tracking/code.cgi?pulcinea
2. Copy your personalized trackercode from the url into the
source of your page which you want to be tracked.
Attention: Copy what you see in your browser NOT the source of that
page.
3. Place it within the <body>..</body> tag.
The higher the code in the page the better the results will be.
ACTIVATION:
Once the first visitor hits your site the tracker will be automatically
activated.
FIND YOUR REPORTS:
You can view your reports by clicking the Tracker Button on your site, or
by going to the following link:

EDIT YOUR INFORMATION:
In case you want to change information related to your
tracking file go "edit" (top of the mother report on the right), to
change anything of course you need your Password.
BACK UP YOUR CODE:
Stay alert, reconstructions to your site may accidentally damage your
trackercode, keep up this email to replace the code if needed.
